About

We learned the Google auction from the inside,
not by testing on your budget.

Velta Studio was founded by Josh, who worked at Google before starting the agency. It means the auction, the algorithm and the ad platform were learned from the inside, not from a course someone sold us.

What we saw from the outside surprised us more than anything learned inside. Businesses paying agencies real money every month without being able to answer one simple question: is this making me money? Reports full of impressions. Campaigns left to rot. Account managers who'd never opened the account.

So we built the agency we'd want to hire. We started out as a small group of freelancers and we are now a team of more than 10 specialists covering conversion tracking, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, design, development and content. One team accountable for the whole stack, reporting in plain language, and willing to say "this failed, here's what we're changing" out loud. That model now serves 50+ businesses with a 95% retention rate.

We work between the UK and Barcelona with service businesses across France, Spain and English speaking markets. If your business lives on leads and you're tired of marketing you can't hold accountable, we should talk.

How we work

Four rules that don't bend.

01

Name what failed

Every monthly report includes what didn't work and what changes next. If your last agency never admitted a failure, they were hiding where your budget went.

02

No middlemen

You talk to the people running your campaigns, not an account manager relaying messages. We are a team of more than 10 specialists covering conversion tracking, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, design, development and content, so each part of the work is done by someone who does that one thing all day. No juniors learning on your money.

03

The right channel, not our favourite one

Because we run ads and SEO, nobody here has to sell you their only hammer. Sometimes the honest answer in the audit is "don't buy ads yet".

04

Retention is the contract

Three months to prove it, then month to month. 95% of clients stay because the numbers say they should, not because paperwork says they must.

How the work runs

A team of specialists, not a chain of managers.

Velta is not one person pretending to be an agency, and not an agency where you never meet the people doing the work. We started as a handful of freelancers and we are now a team of more than 10 specialists covering conversion tracking, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, design, development and content, each responsible for one part of the system.

01

You always talk to the operators

The people on the call are the people in the account. No account manager relaying questions to someone you have never met, and no junior learning the platform on your budget.

02

Specialists beat generalists

A designer who only designs, a developer who only builds, a writer who only writes. For the parts of a project that are not media buying, a specialist will always beat a marketer having a go.

03

One team owns the number

Ads, SEO, AI search and the website are measured in the same place, by the same team. There is nobody to point at when a channel underperforms, which is the point.

04

Capacity without a handover

The team is how the work scales without you being passed down a chain. It grows the people on a project, not the number of people between you and your campaigns.

What the work has produced

Documented results, not round numbers.

Every figure below comes from a client account, comparing two periods of identical length. The source screenshots are available on request, on a call.

01

Return on ad spend multiplied by 4.2

An ecommerce account went from 3.8 to 15.8 ROAS in three months. Cost per conversion fell from 20.06 € to 1.30 €, with conversion value up from 15.3k € to 115k €.

02

Cost per lead divided by 7.7

A B2B agency went from 17 enquiries at 220 € each to 180 at 28.68 €, with 41 percent fewer clicks. The landing page rebuild, not the budget, produced most of that.

03

Cited in roughly 60 percent of AI answers

After six months of SEO and content structuring, a client went from invisible to being named in about 60 percent of Perplexity and Gemini answers on its sector's questions.

04

More enquiries on a smaller budget

An electrical callout business went from 36 to 78 enquiries while spending 32 percent less, by cutting the geography and the queries that never converted.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

Being straight about this early saves both of us a call. The work suits some businesses very well and is the wrong purchase for others.

01

It works for you if

You sell a service or products people already search for, you can put around €600 a month or more into ads on top of the retainer, closer to €1,500 if you are in a high cost per click sector like legal, and you want one team accountable for the number rather than three suppliers blaming each other.

02

It does not work for you if

You want the cheapest possible management, you need results inside two weeks, or you want a report that only contains good news. Those are all reasonable things to want. They are not what this is.

Talk to us

The audit is with the people doing the work, not a salesperson.

30 minutes, your numbers on screen, and a straight answer about what we'd fix first.
